BUYING THE DEAL

We send out our packaged property deals weekly via email to our investors.

This is the only way to get the deals first.

If you are interested in buying one of the deals, you need to follow the simple step-by-step process on the email we send each week:

1.Text to register your interest

​

2.We will call back in the order of texts received and give you basic details about the property

​

3.If you wish to proceed we will send out our Terms & Conditions and an invoice for our Finder’s Fee

​

4.From this point the sale goes through as a normal sale and you will deal directly with the agent

​

5.We will of course be on hand if you have any queries throughout the process
